1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using our website or services in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Penningmeester.ai.

2.Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you’re under 16, you are not permitted to use our app.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

4. Subscription Terms

Pricing

• €109 per year (billed annually)
• €14.99 per month (billed monthly)

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed based on your selection (monthly or yearly) at signup and renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly plans: Can be canceled anytime; access ends at the end of the billing period.
• Yearly plans: Can be canceled at the end of the 12-month period, or switched to monthly billing after the first year if subscribed via our website.
• If subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, cancellation terms depend on their platform policies. We cannot override these.

Price Changes

We may change subscription fees. You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new fee will apply at your next renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, features, and branding of Penningmeester.ai are the exclusive property of Penningmeester.ai B.V. and may not be copied, distributed, reverse-engineered, or reused without permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, extract, scrape, or reproduce our content or AI-generated advice.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our platform.
• Misuse the platform in a way that violates laws or harms other users or our systems.

Please don’t steal our ideas, designs, or insights — they’re protected.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI-based advice is not perfect. Penningmeester.ai provides suggestions and insights for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee financial results or the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations.

All advice is provided for informational purposes only. Penningmeester.ai does not accept liability for actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations. Please speak to someone you trust before making important or life-changing financial decisions.

We are not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from reliance on our content.
• Platform outages or data errors.
• Third-party service interruptions (e.g., payment providers or mobile platforms).

Use common sense. Speak to your better half, your accountant, or your mother before making major money decisions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You use the platform in a way that risks security or causes harm.
• You attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI features or other users.

We may also suspend service due to legal compliance or system abuse. If your account is terminated, access to your data and insights may be removed permanently.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, laws, or policies. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you via email or app notification.

Continued use of the service after being informed of changes implies acceptance. You may stop using the service if you do not agree with the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by applicable law
